KCLS Student Accounts

Tahoma students have FREE access to a wide variety of digital content through the King County Library System. Because it's digital, there are no due dates or overdue fines to worry about.

To get started, go to www.kcls.org/students and click on Middle and High School Students.

KCLS Student Account Number and Password

Your KCLS Student Account Number (username) is 409 followed by your six-digit student ID (with no dash or spaces). For example: 409123456

Your password is the last 4 digits of your student ID.

• Don't log in until you are prompted to do so.

• Check out all the resources under Databases. Some favorites include:

• Tutor.com Live Homework Help - Live, one on one tutoring over chat and audio. Available between 2pm - midnight.

• Tutor.com Ayudas con las tareas escolares en vivo - Tutorías individualizadas en tiempo real via chat. Tutor.com está disponible de 2 pm - medianoche.

• Britannica Online for Young Adults - An online version of Encyclopedia Britannica that covers many topics.

• Mango Languages - Language learning lessons, including Spanish and English...and even Pirate!
