Complete the below forms to record your attendance at each TQSW Studies Week day.
If applicable, a certificate of attendance and associated CCP will be issued.
This year, CCP certificates are available straight away to be downloaded/saved, via the attendance forms.
It is best to complete the attendance forms via your laptop, so the certificates can be saved to your computer files and accessed later to upload to MyProfile.
NB: Thursday is the TQ Virtual Summit. Attendance will be recorded by logging into the Zoom Event and attending the sessions. Certificates will be issued by TQ's Centre of Teaching and Learning. They will be automatically uploaded to MyProfile
