Guest Lunch

Payment (& form) due January 1, 2024

We understand that this is an exciting event in your lives and that family members/ friends may want to come support you.

All supportive Guests are welcome to accompany you and attend the sub-regional symposium.

It is a long day. They are welcome to bring their own lunches, or pre-purchase a lunch by mailing in the Guest Lunch form below with payment by January 1st. No late payment will be accepted and we cannot accept payment the day of the event.

To pre-purchase a lunch for the Eastern Sub-Regional JSHS on January 27, 2023-

Please complete the form below and mail it along with $15.00 per lunch to the address indicated on the form. Payment is due by January 1st, 2024

Lunch will include: Variety of Sandwiches (Ham & Cheese, Turkey & Cheese, Tuna, Vegan "chicken" salad), Chips, Salad, & Fruit.
