Basic Schedule for the Day
8:00 to 8:30 am - Check In
8:40 am - Speakers must be all set up
9:00 am - Welcome
9:20 to 12:30 - Speaker Presentations
12:30 pm - Lunch
2:00 pm - Announcment of Awards
Must be present to win
4:00 pm - Anticipated closing time
