Company Details
Jmem Tek is a fabeless company developing hardware-based security IP and IC. The company specializes in Physical Unclonable Function (PUF) technology, silicon-rooted device identity, and post-quantum cryptography (PQC) solutions that enable secure key generation and trusted root-of-trust architectures.
Its security IP is designed for integration across multiple semiconductor process nodes and applications, including AI systems, data centers, edge devices, automotive, and defense platforms.
Headquartered in Taiwan with expanding operations in the United States, Jmem Tek works with global partners to deliver quantum-ready security for next-generation semiconductor systems.
Jmem Tek delivers Physical Unclonable Function (PUF)-rooted hardware security that integrates Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) directly into silicon. Our solution is engineered for UAVs, edge AI, and defense systems that must comply with the U.S. CNSA 2.0 mandates, which require networking equipment to support quantum-resistant algorithms.
Unlike conventional secure elements that store secret keys in memory, our JPUF dynamically generates cryptographic keys from intrinsic semiconductor characteristics, aligning with the ISO/IEC 20897 definition of PUF, eliminating key storage while enabling tamper-resistant device identity at the silicon level.
Our platform combines this PUF identity with hardware acceleration for NIST-standardized PQC algorithms, including ML-KEM (FIPS-203) and ML-DSA (FIPS-204), achieving up to 3x faster performance than software approaches. Scalable from legacy nodes to advanced 3nm, it enables quantum-safe security for AI infrastructure and mission-critical systems.
US Objective
Targeting U.S. defense, aerospace, and AI infrastructure companies integrating hardware root-of-trust and PQC.
Seeking partnerships with U.S. semiconductor companies, defense contractors, and system integrators for joint development of PUF-based root-of-trust and PQC security solutions.
