About Landrat Lucas Gymnasium

We are a secondary school with around 1800 students aged 10-19 and 160 teacher in Leverkusen, Germany. Our schools has various special features which allow us to promote the different talents and interest of our students - Languages: at our school students can learn many different languages: English, French, Spanish, Italian and Russian Bilingual branch: in some classes students study a subject using the English language
- Sports: as an elite school for sports and soccer we cooperate with Bayer Leverkusen
- Science: especially able science students take part in special science courses that promote their skills
- Social responsibility: we support „Friedensdorf Oberhausen“ with sponsored walks
- Media: We have a school radio which broadcasts its own program regularly
- Stage: Several theater and music performances are staged every year
