The customer is responsible for Internet connection fees and communication fees required to view the pages of this site and to make a payment for the experience program reservation.

Cancellation of the program prior to the program date will be subject to the following cancellation fees. Cancellation 7 days to 3 days prior to the program date: 50% of the participation fee; 2 days prior to the program date to the day of the program: 100% of the participation fee. Due to the nature of the program, no refunds will be made after the program has been offered. Cancellation: 50% of the participation fee will be refunded if cancellation is made from one week to three days prior to the program date. Please inform us of your bank account information at the time of cancellation. Bank transfer fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Please understand this beforehand. If you have an account with us and wish to cancel your account, please delete your account from the “Member Information Change” page of “My Page” or contact our office (info@tabitabigujo.com) and inform us of your wish to cancel your account and your account name. We will delete your account within one week.
