 Cancellation Fee

The following cancellation fees will apply in the event of a cancellation by the customer or a change due to a decrease in the number of participants after the registration is completed,

The cancellation fee will be charged as follows.

Cancellation fee will be charged as follows

20% of the participation fee from 20 days (10 days in the case of one-day trip) to 8 days prior to the program date.

30% of the participation fee from 7 days to 2 days prior to the program date.

40% of the participation fee from the day before the program day.

50% of the participation fee On the day of the program.

100% of the participation fee after the start of the tour or no-show.

If each tour has its own cancellation policy, the cancellation policy of that tour shall prevail.

Tour Cancellation

We reserve the right to change the tour contents or cancel the tour if we deem that the safety of the participants cannot be ensured due to inclement weather, orders from government authorities to prevent the spread of contagious diseases, or other reasons beyond our control.

In such cases, the above cancellation fee will not be charged.
