The 2026 AFP Conference will take place at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Convention Center, 3950 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89119. All time is noted in local time.

All exhibits and attendee meals shall be located at the andalay Bay Resort & Convention Center.

Expo Hall opens at 6:00 pm Sunday, November 8.
Exhibitors shall not host events during official conference hours that are outside of the convention center licensed by AFP and hotels contracted by AFP in connection with the conference, including hospitality suites and function space.
