We achieve our purpose by:
- identifying and addressing social needs, through delivering transformational projects (often in partnership with others, who share our values).
- partnering with schools to support them and young people to thrive, be successful academically, encouraging positive value and self-worth, affirming positive citizenship.
- promoting hope, unity and peace, affirming our towns as positive places to live, work and belong to (North Warwickshire AND Nuneaton and Bedworth constituencies).
- enabling and mobilising volunteers (from churches, other third sector organisations and businesses), to strategically serve their communities with purpose and commitment.
- equipping and supporting inspired individuals and groups to outwork vision for social change.
- delivering projects that strengthen the whole person; physically, spiritually, emotionally, intellectually and socially, assisting people to develop, progress and flourish.
- modelling healthy communities, where all are welcome and anyone can belong.
- developing chaplaincy and pastoral care support services in various contexts.
