Q. How will Home Student Learning look after the first 2 weeks?

Home Student Learning will continue to be mandatory for the remainder of the school year. Teachers will be utilizing Google Classroom for you to access materials. Families who do not have access to Google Classroom due to internet or device reasons can discuss with their teacher having packets mailed home to them.

Q. How will the district maintain student attendance and record keeping?

Teachers will maintain attendance through Google Classroom. Families who are working from learning packets will be asked to complete a weekly sign off form that confirms their child has completed the daily instruction. These attendance certifications will be included in the packets that are mailed home. Those attendance certifications can be mailed back to your child's school, or you can take a picture of the form and email your child's teacher. There is no need to turn in the packet at all, only the attendance certification form needs to be returned.
