Technology in Grade 2

Students in Second Grade are continuing to learn how to use their Chromebooks appropriately and effectively for learning activities.

Student Learning Targets include:

• I can use my Chromebook properly.

• I can learn to keyboard with appropriate speed and accuracy.

• I can select and access an appropriate program for a given task.

• I can use my Chromebook properly to input data into a program.

• I can select and access a program for word processing. (Google Docs)

• I can use my keyboard or microphone to input data into a document or program.

• I can compose a written work of at least one paragraph at the keyboard.

• I can use digital tools in the design process to create original art.
