Daily Communication

Your child will receive a “blue” communication folder from the office on the first day of school. This folder will go and come home every day. This folder is also where you may send any communication forms or lunch money.

We collect and review all classwork completed by students throughout the week. Papers will be sent home on Fridays, which gives families a chance to clean out the  blue folder over the weekend. Papers from the office will also be sent home on Fridays. If there is a need for a paper to come home sooner, it will be placed in your child’s communication folder that same day.

Homework Folder

Your child will also receive a homework folder from me. This folder will contain:

Class Dojo

At Open House, you will receive your login information for your child’s ClassDojo account! :-)

If you were unable to attend Open House, no worries — we will send home a letter on the first day of school with all the information you need. :-)

We will use ClassDojo throughout the school year to share pictures, videos, and classroom updates. If you need to contact me, please email or call the school. Dojo is more like social media for our classroom.
