Birthday Celebrations

We LOVE celebrating Birthdays in our classroom! 

The lucky Birthday boy or girl will be given a birthday crown to wear throughout the day. Classmates will be given the opportunity to share what they love about the birthday girl or boy. Finally, Miss Murray will include what the classmates said in a poster that you can look at together at home!

In addition, your child will receive a birthday bag a few days before their birthday. Grown-ups are invited to fill the bag with a few special goodies for their birthday girl or boy to enjoy during snack time. This allows us to celebrate each child while following our school’s food policy and keeping birthday treats special and safe for everyone!

Every student in our class will have their birthday celebrated during the school year. *Summer birthdays will be given an “unbirthday” date to celebrate at the end of the year!*
