SWISS-BELHOTEL NAPIER RESTAURANT
We offer breakfast from 7.00am to 10.30am every morning at our Swiss-Belhotel Napier Restaurant located on the ground floor. If breakfast isn’t included in your room rate, you can charge back to your room or pay directly.
Our Bar is open for a range of tasty snacks from 2:00 pm to late.
HOUSEKEEPING
Our team services the room daily. If you do not want to be disturbed, please switch on the Do Not Disturb sign. If you want our team to clean your room, please switch on the Service sign.
FIRE ALARM
In the unlikely event of a fire, please evacuate the building upon the sound of the alarm via the stairs (do not use the lift) and follow staff / fire warden instructions. If you accidentally sound the alarm in your suite, please use the silence fire alarm button, notify reception.
GYM/ GUEST LAUNDRY
The complimentary gym is located on level 1 and the guest laundry (coin operated) and iron/ iron board is located on level 3 or available on request. Laundry powder can be purchased at reception.
PLATES / CUTLERY
Please contact reception if you require plates and/or cutlery during your stay.
VISITORS
For safety and security reasons, please ensure all visitors are registered at reception on arrival. Please note that guests must leave the hotel by 10pm. We are looking after our guests and offering everybody a rejuvenating sleep.
