Beginner Band
Students placed in this band are a majority 6th and 7th grade students who have no band experience or did not successfully pass their first year of beginning band. These students learn the fundamentals and skills necessary to successfully play an instrument. There are 2-3 major concerts each year. Successful completion of beginning band is the gateway to the Advanced Bands and later, the Legacy Titan Band.
**Beginning Band students who will be playing flute, clarinet, saxophone, or trumpet should rent an instrument from a music store. Below is the list of preferred instruments along with phone numbers for different music stores in the city.**

High School Music Service will be on campus September 9th, 2021 from 3pm until 7pm for our instrment rental night. If you are unable to attend that evening, you can rent an instrument on their website HERE!
