What will I learn in Mindfulness & Self-Care?

Students will learn to reflect, show gratitude, and relax through activities such as journaling, scrapbooking, and relaxation techniques. They'll also learn how to take better care of themselves by practicing basic hygiene & treating themselves to facials and other relaxing self-care & beauty routines.

Mindfulness

Gratitude - Make a collage about someone/something you're grateful for.

Motivation Mondays - find quotes that motivate you to have a positive attitude. Inspire others by writing it on a sheet of paper, take a picture of yourself, and upload it here!
