SENIORS: FINAL DEADLINES APPROACHING

CSF POTENTIAL LIFETIME (Missing 4th Semester OR Senior Year to EARN SASH) 

• TURN IN APPLICATION on MAY 28th  in the GYM after the Senior Clearance Assembly (6th period)

CSF POTENTIAL DISTINGUISHED (Need FINAL 6th Semester to EARN CORD)

• TURN IN APPLICATION on JUNE 1st at LIBRARY during (Library Clearance)

2026 CSF SENIORS ONLY: 

DEADLINE FOR TUTORING HOURS EXTENDED 

MONDAY, MAY 18th, by 3:40 pm to Rm 708

In order to allow Seniors one final opportunity to get the required 8 volunteer tutoring hours to earn Lifetime Status, we have extended the deadline to MONDAY, MAY 18th, by the end of the school day. Please be sure to bring your hours log to Room 708 and turn in to the designated CSF Hours turn-in basket. If you are missing hours and we do not receive your documented hours by this deadline, you WILL NOT earn the CSF Lifetime sash.

NO LATE SUBMISSION WILL BE ALLOWED--> 

NO EXCEPTIONS!

*** As noted previously at Senior Info Night and Lunch Meetings, all Potential Lifetime candidates will not have an annotated Lifetime Status on the Graduation Program. This is due to the very limited amount of time to print graduation programs and the late deadline for final hours and the final semester grades posting on 5/28.***

Are you interested in becoming a leader for leaders? Do you want valuable experience working with a talented team of peers? Consider applying for the 2026-2027 CSF Cabinet. 

As a cabinet member, you'll have the opportunity to help shape the direction of our chapter, lead impactful service initiatives, and inspire your peers through your example. This is an important responsibility since you will advocate for and represent our hardworking and determined CSF members at Olympian High School.

PLEASE REMEMBER:

 FOUR qualifying semesters are required to earn Lifetime Membership status as a Senior and graduate with CSF Lifetime sash. 

SIX semesters (including the last semester of Senior Year) are required for the DISTINGUISHED Lifetime cord and CSF Lifetime sash.

SENIORS MUST HAVE 8 HOURS of CSF TUTORING TO EARN LIFETIME STATUS (by SPRING DEADLINE)

PLEASE REMEMBER  TO COMPLETE ALL REQUIREMENTS BEFORE APPLICATION DEADLINES:

•  FOUR qualifying semesters are required to earn Lifetime Membership status. ONE SEMESTER MUST USE SENIOR YEAR GRADES! (If you are a Potential Lifetime Candidate you MUST turn in your final semester application, printed grades, and payment 

• SIX semesters needed ( this requirement includes the last semester of Senior Year) for the DISTINGUISHED LIFETIME cord and CSF Lifetime sash (Application and payment MUST be turned in on  time
