Attendance must be submitted from the parent’s or guardian’s email address we have on record; otherwise, the absence cannot be excused. .

Asistencia tendrá que hacerse del correo electrónico de padres/tutor que está en nuestro sistema, o no se justificará la Ausencia.

Note: Absences can be excused by an email, a doctor’s note, or a parent’s note only. Absences will not be excused through phone calls, or voicemail messages. 

Parents have 30 calendar days to clear a student's absence.  If the absence is not cleared (verified), a Saturday School will be assigned.

Please note:  Our cut-off time for Off Campuses is 15 minutes prior to the end of the school day  

Monday-Thursday at 3:00 p.m.

Friday at 12:35 p.m. 

Students will not be released after this time. 

Please plan accordingly.

Single Period Absence

If a student is marked absent for a single period, they must speak with the teacher. The teacher is then will send a correction note to the attendance office. Only teachers can submit a correction note to excuse single-period absences.

Note: Parents/guardians cannot clear single-period absences.
