The Oregon Help Desk provides support for technology to students and families on evenings and weekends during the school year.
Our help desk team includes educators and volunteers who provide support:
weeknights from 6-10pm
weekends from 4-8 pm
in English and Spanish languages for fall 2020, with more languages being added by winter
in five modes: phone, FB Messenger, text messages, web chat, and email
Online Learning Options
2021-2022
Students enrolled in Sweet Home’s Online Learning Option will access their instruction through the following digital platforms:
K-1 students will be assigned to classes and support through Stride K12’s nationally recognized Online Learning programming. Students will login with
2-5* students will access teacher created, grade level English/Language Arts and Math videos and content using Canvas LMS. Students will login with their Sweet Home student email/password.
6-12* students will access Oregon standard’s based, grade level content in their scheduled courses using the Edgenuity courseware platform, Odysseyware. Students will login with individual usernames/passwords.
*If class rosters reach capacity in grades 2-12, students will be enrolled in the Stride K12 program and assigned to an Oregon licensed teacher through our contract with Fuel Education.
