Tryouts for the 2024 Westland Boys Soccer Program will take place on August 1 and August 2 from 5pm to 6:30pm.  All academically eligible boys who are interested in trying out for our Varsity, JVA, and JVB teams are invited to join us!

Before a student can try out for a team, they must have all relevant documents and forms uploaded to FinalForms.  

PARENTS - You must create a new account for yourself first and then your student.  Instructions can be found by clicking here.

PARENTS AND STUDENTS - Log in to your FinalForms accounts.  Complete the documents provided online.  All documents must be completed prior to tryouts.

An up-to-date physical completed by a medical professional must also be uploaded to FinalForms.  Physical forms can be picked up at the athletic office, from a soccer coach, or you can print one for yourself (click here for the physical form)
