Great Answers:
Uses 8th grade language by restating the question
Provides evidence to support the answer.
Uses sentence frames.
Is in a complete sentence.
Is specific.
Puts evidence from the text in quotation marks.
Uses small, specific pieces of text.
Good Sentences:
Starts with a capital letter, proper nouns are capitalized, and I is capitalized.
Expresses a complete thought.
Ends with a period, question mark, or exclamation point.
Has no spelling errors.
Does not use “text talk”
