Families and Cadets,
Get ready to honor our veterans! This summer, we're once again raising funds for the Disabled American Veterans Field of Flags. Our goal is to hit $250 to secure 24 flags that will proudly stand in front of the school during the week of Veteran's Day.
Last year, we raised an incredible $310, allowing us to display a beautiful tribute. This year, let's aim even higher to get even more flags for a truly impactful display!

Each flag represents one veteran – and our unwavering commitment to serving all veterans after they’ve sacrificed so much for our country.
All donations raise critical funds to support DAV (Disabled American Veterans) life-changing services for veterans in need and their families.
Will you join us? Help us reach our goal, and make a gift to plant a flag in honor of an American veteran.

Cadets,
Annually, we help the Columbus Airshow with volunteer opportunities.
Air show is August 22 – 24, 2025 – Rickenbacker International Airport | Columbus, OH
Cadets usually volunteer to be "Waste Gunners." "As a Waste Gunner, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our grounds remain clean and tidy throughout the day. You will work alongside a friendly and supportive team to collect and dispose of trash while interacting with event attendees and promoting sustainable practices. We're looking for volunteers who are reliable, hardworking, and willing to lend a hand wherever needed."
Cadets can sign up via the Columbus Air Show Volunteer Page. The Waste Gunner slots are at the bottom. There still look to be 15 slots per shift available.
Volunteers will be fed during their shifts and can watch many of the Air Show events for free!
Cadets who volunteer will earn community service credit and hours.
Families and Cadets,
