Soil Survey of Jefferson and Orange Counties can be found by going through the Web Soil Survey.  Click on the START WSS button and the easiest way to see the soils information for your location, assuming that it has a 9-1-1 address, is to enter your address under the QUICK INFORMATION drop-down.  

Another source of soils information, not in as much detail, is the Map My Property application from Texas Forest Service.  Although the soils information isn't as good, it is a much simpler application to use, and you can enter your address in much the same way to see your property.
