New Student Registration Instructions

Read Me First

Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.  

  1. Proof of Identity - ID of Caregiver registering student

Must include legal name, date of birth, issue and expiration date

A utility bill or work order within the last 60 days with name and address. We will also accept an email confirmation of the set up of service (with name and address on it) if a bill has not been generated yet.

Registration is not complete until you have a confirmation from registration@swampscott.k12.ma.us that indicates you are ready to go. At that time, the school will contact you to initiate the next steps.

Once you have all of your documents ready, 

Create an Aspen Account

Kindergarten registration is hosted through our Aspen student information system, a secure platform that provides a convenient way to register your child(ren).  All information is stored in the system under an individual user account profile.  

 All *NEW families must request an Aspen account here

* If you currently have another student registered in the district DO NOT request a new username/password.  Please sign in using your current Aspen username/password and proceed to the Start a New Student Registration section.

 Child(ren) who attend the Swampscott Public Schools must reside in Swampscott.
