Innovation Pathways (IPs) provide career connections through innovative curriculum,  hands-on, and real-world experiences in specific high demand industries in Massachusetts. IPs are designed to create strong partnerships with employers in order to expose students to career options and help them develop knowledge and skills related to their chosen field of study before they graduate high school.

Swampscott HIgh School currently offer two Innovation Pathways -- Advanced Manufacturing and Business and Finance.  A third Innovation Pathway in Information Technology is planned to begin in fall 2025.

These Pathways are for both students who plan to enter the workforce directly after high school, and those who intend to go on to 2-year or 4-year colleges to study in related fields.
