by check made payable to SMS to deliver to main office
We would like to inform you that the gift cards will be distributed in two batches:
Orders (form and payment received) placed between 11/24 and 12/12 will be delivered during the week of 12/15 to the SMS student listed on the form, who will then deliver it to you.
