The welcoming ceremony will take place at the Trini Dewi Theatre.
Live Streaming will also take place in Session 1 classrooms.
Zheng He
Participants will travel between Zheng He and Gajah Mada buildings for workshop activities.
Gajah Mada
Participants will move between Zheng He and Gajah Mada buildings for workshop activities.
Note:
All snack and lunch boxes will be on the same floor as Session 1 classrooms. Breaks and dining sessions will be in and around Gajah Mada building.
Upon arriving at Sinarmas World Academy, two lanes will be designated in front of the lobby: the right lane and the left lane. The right lane is for drop-offs and pick-ups, while the left lane is for drivers proceeding directly to the basement parking area. Please be mindful of the lane assignments to help avoid traffic congestion.
PARKING
Personal Car or Motorbike
You can park your personal vehicle in SWA basement. Once it is full, you may park at the outdoor parking space available across and beside the school.
Bus
Drop-off point is in front of the school gate.
Parking area is located at the empty lot across the school.
Please keep un/loading to a maximum of 5 minutes to avoid long queues.
REGISTRATION
To facilitate an efficient registration process:
schools are advised to send only one representative to the registration table to collect the conference tags and bags
proceed to the tables arranged alphabetically by school names

DEPARTURE
Transportation Reservation Desk
Participants who need assistance in getting the online car/taxi service may approach any of the staff at the transportation desk.
Bus Pick-up
Due to the high volume of participants and limited space, bus pick-ups must be completed as quickly as possible in front of the school gate.
The bus parking area is within walking distance across from the school, should participants choose to gather there for faster pick-up.
