Electrical Engineering Society

The Electrical Engineering Society (EES) is the official student society of the Electrical Engineering Department, which was established in 2014. The primary objective of EES is to promote inquisitiveness among students and enhance their technical skills and creativity through various activities and events. Our society aims to provide a platform to undergraduate students to showcase their knowledge and specialities, allowing them to relate their engineering curriculum to real-life scenarios.

Throughout the year, we organize a series of events to improve engineering skills and provide practical exposure to students. Our year-long events include Orientation, Dextrix, Mega Quiz, Tech Talks, Guest seminars, Industrial seminar, Do it yourself workshops, Departmental cultural fest, and Intradepartmental sports fest. These events provide an opportunity for students to learn from experts in the field, enhance their technical skills, and gain exposure to new technologies.

Our most awaited event of the year is the Technical and Cultural fest, "AATISH", which brings students together from various colleges to showcase their technical and managerial skills. This fest includes a series of competitions, exhibitions, and presentations, where participants demonstrate their knowledge and expertise in various areas of electrical engineering. By conducting such events, EES is contributing towards the improvement of human resources of graduating engineers.

In conclusion, EES strives to develop an ecosystem that enables students to gain practical exposure and enhance their technical and managerial instincts. Our events and activities provide a platform for students to showcase their skills and gain exposure to the latest trends and developments in the field of electrical engineering.
