Expectations

In my classroom we hold high expectations and provide supports to reach them.  

Give your best effort!

Students are expected to participate in lessons and discussions.  Students work on and complete classroom tasks and homework assignments to the best of their ability.  Students ask questions when they are stuck and need help.  

Be Respectful!

Students are expected to respect each other as well as the adults in the room.  This means directions are followed.  We listen when our peers and the adults are talking. We respond to questions.  We are polite to each other.

Be Responsible!

Students are expected to keep materials organized.  Work will be completed on time.  Rules are followed no matter where we are in the building. 

Be Kind!

Students are expected to treat each other with kindness.  We include everyone in our classroom.  We encourage and cheer on our peers.
