 Grading Policy

The class has been designed to be very student friendly. My goal is to give students every reasonable opportunity to be successful. 

Since this class is all electronic in Google Classroom, students are able to work on their assignments anywhere. The following is a list of class expectations and grading.

4 = 100

3 = 75

2 = 50

1 = 33

Tests 25% 100

Quizzes 25% 100

Food Labs 20% 1-4

Assignments will be graded out of 4 points.

Unit Exams and Projects are graded out of 100 points


Final Grade is based on the table below


A = 90+

B = 80+

C = 70+

D = 60+

F = below 60
