Each month Mrs. Kidder and Mr. DePerno will pick one student from each class that exemplifies what it means to be a good sport. Students that are awarded with the "Good Sport of the Month" award are then able to come into the gymnasium to enjoy twenty free minutes of physical education. During this time students may play with any piece of equipment they choose and are accompanied by other age appropriate "Good Sports".
Students can work hard for this award by:
1. Being a good sport and showing sportsmanship
2. Following directions
3. Giving 100% effort
4. Being enthusiastic and enjoying all physical education activities
5. Being nice, helpful and polite with classmates
6. Being ready, on time, honest, fair and patient.
Find out who the newest "Good Sports of the Month" are by checking out the Physical Education Newsletter that goes home at the end of each marking period.
