I grew up in West Winfield, New York and always knew I wanted to be a physical education teacher. After graduating from Mount Markham, I pursued a physical education degree at SUNY Cortland. Upon graduation I moved to the Albany area where I taught for three years while getting my Masters degree. I decided to move back to this area and have been teaching Elementary Physical Education at Sauquoit for the past 16 years and have loved being a part of this wonderful community. I live in Sauquoit with my husband and three daughters.

I grew up in Deerfield, New York. Through the years I have played many sports, and have found a love for Baseball, and Football. In my junior year of high school, I decided to combine my passion for sports and working with people into a career in physical education. After graduating from Whitesboro in 2019, I pursued a degree at SUNY Cortland. During my time there, I played club baseball for four years and served as president of the team in the fall semester of my senior year. In the spring semester of 2023, I had the opportunity to student-teach at Sauquoit Valley Elementary under the supervision of Lindsay Kidder, where I fell in love with the school and the district. I look forward to working with the students, staff, administration, and community here at Sauquoit Valley School District.
