We no longer accept cash or check payments. You may pack with a credit card at pickup using the Procare kiosk.

If you are unable to pay at pickup, you may pay online through Unipay by following this link: https://goo.gl/4ostEI . Select "Extended Care" on the left menu bar and enter your payment information.
