My school issued Chromebook isn't working properly:
If your Chromebook is not working well, please shut off your computer for a few minutes and then restart it to see if that solves the problem.
If your Chromebook is still not working properly after shutting it down and restarting it, please try holding the power button and refresh button at the same time for at least three seconds.
My Jetpack isn't working
If your Verizon Jetpack hotspot is not working properly, please have a parent or guardian shut the Jetpack off, take out the battery and SIM card, let it rest for 15 or so minutes, and then reinstall the SIM card and battery, and power it back on to see if that solves the problem.
