This site provides a summary of learning from local multi-agency audits and local case reviews: Local Child Safeguarding Practice Reviews (LCSPRs) under Working Together (2018) and Serious Case Reviews (SCRs) under Working Together (2015).

The 10 Key Principles were developed by safeguarding partners in Sutton; they draw on learning from local and national serious case reviews and the contribution of safeguarding leads from partner agencies.
