Role of the Child Protection Conference service
The Child Protection Service is responsible for the organisation and delivery of Initial Child Protection Conferences (ICPC) and Review Child Protection Conferences (RCPC). It is responsible for monitoring the progress and effectiveness of child protection plans in keeping children safe.
