Ilene (Eye-Leen) grew up in Central Pennsylvania, actively involved at St. Andrews UMC, Valley View, while attending Church Camp every summer. She received a Dual Bachelor's of Arts in English/Communications-Journalism from Shippensburg University, and she has a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from Albright College. She has worked as a writer, as a proofreader, and in administrative roles for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as well as several private companies.
Currently, she lives in Enola, PA, and she's active in Grace United Methodist Church in Hummelstown. In addition to working as the Harrisburg District Office Administrative Assistant, she also works part-time as a Pharmacy Technician for Rite-Aid Pharmacy.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, writing, social media, playing games, and watching videos (TV, movies, YouTube, etc.), theatre, and sports (Go Steelers!). She'd like to travel to her bucket-list places of the United Kingdom, and the Holy Land. She finds special joy in spending time with friends, family, and her two cats, Oreo and Lizzie.
