ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN 4 - SPRING 26
OBJECTIVE
The primary goal is to design a welcoming community center in Columbus, Indiana, that provides transitional housing and essential support services for youth experiencing homelessness. The project aims to address the unique challenges of youth homelessness by integrating on-site resources such as therapy, counseling, education support, and life-skills training. Designers are encouraged to apply trauma-informed principles to create a restorative environment that facilitates the long-term stability and prosperity of these young individuals.
