We are incredibly grateful to SUNY Korea for generously sponsoring this year’s KOTESOL National Conference by providing the venue completely free of charge-a true gift to the educational community!
Founded in 2012, SUNY Korea is the first American university established in Incheon, South Korea, bringing the excellence of the State University of New York system directly to the heart of Songdo’s Global Campus. Stony Brook University, an internationally ranked flagship university, was the first to open programs here, and was joined in 2017 by the world-renowned Fashion Institute of Technology.
Today, SUNY Korea offers a wide range of programs including Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Technology and Society, Applied Mathematics and Statistics, Business Management, Electrical and Computer Engineering (through SBU) as well as Fashion Design and Fashion Business Management (through FIT). Students benefit from a truly global education, with opportunities to study both in Korea and in the U.S., while experiencing the full breadth of an authentic American higher education environment.
Thank you, SUNY Korea, for not only supporting this year’s conference but also for continuing to build bridges between cultures, disciplines, and communities!
