All sessions will take place in SUNY Korea’s B and C Buildings.
B Building classrooms feature long desks that seat two. These desks are moveable and can be rearranged as needed.
C Building classrooms are lecture-hall style with fixed seating and cannot be rearranged. It is sloped seating, like an amphitheater or stadium.
Please note that “101 Short Talks” sessions will take place in standard classroom layouts. Due to their shortened time allotments, furniture cannot be rearranged for these sessions.
Each presentation room is equipped with a computer, projector, and screen, with all computers including a microphone and speakers. In most cases, presenters will only need to bring a USB drive with their presentation. The consoles are user-friendly and set to English.
Presenters who wish to use their own laptops should note that an HDMI connection is required and cords are not provided.
Because internet access on campus can be unstable, it is strongly recommended to prepare a USB backup of your presentation.
To ensure smooth sessions, volunteers will be available in each room to provide technical assistance.
The nearest hotels are located in the Songdo Central Park area, which is accessible by both bus and metro. Please be aware that the area can be especially busy on weekends, as the Songdo Convensia Convention Center is located across the street. Early booking is recommended.
For convenience, Kakao T (Kakao Taxi) is recommended for direct transportation.
Please note that the Incheon Global Campus is generally closed on weekends, and food or drinks are not permitted in classrooms. However, the campus is conveniently located adjacent to Triple Street and the Hyundai Premium Outlets, which offer a wide range of dining options.
