Welcome to Ms. Estopare's classroom page!
Personal: Originally from Bend, Oregon, I grew up surrounded by the beauty of the Cascades, enjoying skiing in the mornings, floating down the river in the afternoons, and soaking up live music at evening concerts on the Deschutes River. Sports have always been a passion of mine. I started with competitive soccer, which led to numerous national team selections and traveling to nearly every state and various countries. These experiences eventually paved the way for a collegiate soccer scholarship at both the University of Arizona and the University of Houston.
My journey has taken me through Oregon, Arizona, Texas, and now Montana, where I'm delighted to call home alongside my sister and sweet nephew. Having visited Montana frequently over the years, I've developed a deep appreciation for its similarities to my beloved hometown. I share my home with three rescue dogs who have journeyed with me to Montana. They bring endless joy and companionship to my life, loving all things outdoors and eagerly exploring our beautiful surroundings.
Professional: Since a young age, I've had a passion for teaching, and I'm thrilled to be living that dream today. I bring a blend of experiences from across the United States to our classroom here in Montana. Alongside earning my teaching degree, I coached several youth teams to gain valuable experience working with children. My teaching journey began in Texas, where I taught 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades. After many years in Texas, I returned to Oregon, my hometown, where I had the opportunity to teach Kindergarten.
I find immense joy in teaching, especially witnessing the spark of learning and creativity ignite in my students. One of my greatest passions is integrating real-world learning into the classroom, allowing students to connect academics with practical, hands-on projects that deepen their understanding of the material.
I look forward to fostering a love for learning and exploration in our classroom!
