The Foreperson Installation Checklist (FIC) is a tool Sunrun uses to gather required installation photos and documentation. The process documents the installation journey by answering a series of questions, usually through photos taken on-site. The photos and information are used to verify standard operating procedures (SOPs), asses quality, and assign assets by other departments to successfully complete other necessary steps along the solar and storage journey.
