The leadership team of Sunflower has significant experience in mid-scale hotels under major hotels brands. The team brings practical managerial skills and up-to-date technique to serve guests, drive revenue and deliver positive operations and financial results.
As seasoned operators of various hotel types including both limited and full service assets, we have achieved a track record in delivering quality in our hotels in both Primary and Submarkets locations. We plan a calculated growth path in carefully investing and developing new hotels and in selective evaluation of any 3rd party management opportunity.
Our management style is based on the principle of creating a memorable experience for our guests, delivering maximum results for our owners, and creating a service culture to increase employee tenure within our hotels. We know the hotel business can be seasonal and subjected to cyclical changes. And as a result, we know how to adapt changing economic conditions, fluctuations in demand, labor force, and supply in the markets.
We prepare for growth in the upcycle and during the down cycle we adjust action plans with austerity programs that can cur cost without sacrificing service quality.
