Mia Guillroy

Embodying Summit’s Core Values:

Mia embodies many of Summit's core values. She has taken responsibility for many things such as being Student Body President, Founder of the 1st ever Black Student Union at Tahoma, and many other things. Mia wants to make sure the student body is heard. Mia also has the respect of many of her peers and teachers. She is well known on campus for her courage to speak up if no one else will and stand up for what is right.

Oster Scholars’ Concrete Next Step: 

Mia's concrete next step is to attend UC Davis for her bachelor's degree in Biology. Her plan after that is to become a physician's assistant, so she can help those in need.
