Am I eligible to be a nominator?
You may nominate a Summit graduating senior if you are the student's caregiver/parent, mentor, school leader, school staff, community partner, or Personal Advisory Board member. Students may also self-nominate themselves or their peers.
Is the student eligible to receive the Oster Scholarship?
Students must be enrolled at a Summit school, and must be on track to graduate by June 2026. Students must also have a completed Oral Defense presentation ready to submit if they are selected for the scholarship.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate completion of their Concrete Next Step and embody Summit's core values.
The scholarship award will be directly given to the student. The award must be used to pursue the student’s post-secondary pathway, such as higher education, vocational training program, etc., as it relates to their approved Concrete Next Step.
