About the Oster Scholar:
My name is Jessica Romo, and I am a recent graduate from Summit K2. I am Mexican and focusing on attending community college, getting an associate degree in Chicano justice, and later transferring to Berkeley and becoming a Lawyer. I have already started some of my general Ed classes and hope to finish ahead. Some moments in my life that have impacted my interest in my career are the current status of my family as they navigate the immigration system. I wish to be an immigration lawyer and help out my people. Some of my interests are traveling, and I’m really good at painting.
