About us:
Marz Barz is a Summit School venture run by two 8th-grade students. It consists of freeze-dried ice cream in the form of a bar, which varies between flavors.
Our purpose:
Our freeze-dried ice cream aims to solve the problem of messy ice cream. Around the globe, ice cream is a dessert known and loved, but the only way to enjoy it seems to be when it's cooled beforehand, sticky, and melting down your arm. With our freeze-dried ice cream bars, you can eat them on the go, with no mess, and there are no restrictions on how you store it.
How its made:
The ice cream is freshly made and freeze-dried until flavorful, crunchy, and mess-free.
You can buy our product through our kiosk sheets, placed around the school, and at May Frolics on May 1st!
