My name is Victoria Stevens and I am super excited to be teaching 4th grade again this year! Some of you may know me formerly as Ms. Evans, I got married last year in October and have since changed my last name. This will be my fourth year teaching at Franklin Elementary School! Before I started teaching here, I attended Rider University on a swimming scholarship to compete for the Division 1 swim & dive team where I graduated with a degree in Elementary Education and Dance. After I graduated in 2019, I took a year off to follow my dream of qualifying for the 2020 Olympic Trials for swimming. I trained hard all year until all pools were closed due to the pandemic. Although I was bummed that I had to stop, I knew that what I really wanted to do was start my journey as an elementary school teacher.

We are going to have a fantastic year exploring new topics, making new friends, and growing as learners. I cannot wait to meet you all!
