I believe in cultivating a learning environment that is fueled by positive reinforcement. I encourage students to use a growth mindset and support them to learn and grow from all challenges. During the first week of school, we will collaborate as a class to generate our classroom promises that cultivate a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment. As a school, it is expected that all students are respectful to everyone in the building. I am looking forward to a wonderful year with 4VS!
